Laura Pfaffenberger, PharmD, brings more than 20 years of compounding pharmacy leadership experience to her role as PCCA’s Director of Business Solutions. Before joining PCCA, Laura cultivated extraordinary business acumen and a keen talent for people development while establishing and building her own thriving practice, which she expanded to serve a multi-state area.

Laura earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Butler University. She holds a certificate in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute and has worked with pharmacies across the country to transform their businesses through personalized guidance in the areas of strategy, people, operations and growth.

Bryan Prescott, PharmD, MBA, provides financial benchmarking and analysis to help compounding pharmacies thrive in his role as Director of Business Coaching Services. He joined PCCA’s Clinical Services team in 2012, then transitioned to the Compounding Pharmacy Management Services (CPMS) team in 2015, which merged with Business Accelerator in 2025. Previously, he spent 10 years at Pharmcare in Pearland, Texas, as PIC and LTC operations manager.

Bryan holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Houston and a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.

Since 2015, Nikole Ragsdale has brought her expertise in finance, account management and health care administration to her role as Operations Administrator at PCCA Pharmacy Management Services, now operating under Business Accelerator.

Through her technical expertise and understanding of the intricate relationship between health care and finance, Nikole provides valuable support to members’ operational and financial initiatives, demonstrating her passionate commitment to facilitating pharmacy growth and success. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake School of Business.
